Black Currant Fizz

This bubbly drink is perfect for a warm summer evening, with tart but sweet black currant saft.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz Lars Black Currant Saft
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1.5 oz gin or clear liquor of choice
  • tonic water or seltzer
  • fresh mint for garnish

Method
 

  1. Add saft (syrup), lemon juice, and gin to a glass, stir to combine.
  2. Add ice and top glass with seltzer or tonic water.
  3. Garnish with fresh mint, enjoy!

Notes

For this recipe, we used a 12 oz glass. You can adjust the tonic or seltzer levels to your taste.
