This bubbly drink is perfect for a warm summer evening, with tart but sweet black currant saft.

Lars Black Currant Saft

oz
fresh lemon juice
1.5
oz
gin or clear liquor of choice
tonic water or seltzer
fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
Add saft (syrup), lemon juice, and gin to a glass, stir to combine.
Add ice and top glass with seltzer or tonic water.
Garnish with fresh mint, enjoy!
Notes
For this recipe, we used a 12 oz glass. You can adjust the tonic or seltzer levels to your taste.
